This 3 DVD set captures the essence and spirit of Aikido Yuishinkai as
presented by Master Koretoshi Maruyama, Founder of Aikido Yuishinkai during
his Australian and UK seminars. His unique and charismatic teaching style
provides insight and understanding through detailed instruction and
demonstration of the fundamental principles and techniques of Aikido
Yuishinkai.  Included in this comprehensive 3 DVD set are Sensei's
explanation of 'Ki', correct posture, the three tanden, the importance of
ma'ai and the dynamic relationship between uke and nage. Also included are
Sensei's special group of exercises to enhance flexibility, as well as the
regularly practised Junan and Aiki Taiso. Maruyama Sensei shares
Shin-kage-ryu's secret technique of Suigetsu-no-ashi (Moon Shadow Foot) and
his own Tokage-no-Ashi (Lizard Feet), which enhances nage's power and speed
of action. These special movements are then incorporated into his teaching
of the Aikido Arts and the Weapon Katas.
